To create a news or blog item, go to your dashboard, click on "News & Blogs" and then "Add News." From there, you can enter your content, add images, and publish it.

To add a featured image to your blog post, look for the "Featured Image" box in the post editor. Click on the "Set featured image" link, upload your image, and click "Set featured image" to add it to your post.

To add images, click on "Images Library" in the left menu, click the "Add New Media File" button, upload your image, and insert it into your content.

The suggested image and file formats include .jpeg, .jpg, .webp, .png, .pdf, .docx, and ..xlsx.
